Our waterproof boot covers are a consumer accessory. They are not certified safety footwear, not personal protective equipment, and not waders. They are not designed for standing in water deeper than the cuff, for use in industrial or hazardous environments, or as a substitute for certified protective footwear where such footwear is required.

You are responsible for using the product sensibly and for assessing whether it is suitable for your activity. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose described on the product page.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
