Eight seconds between you and the mud

1

Step in

Open the zip and put your own shoe straight in, laces and all. Nothing to unlace, nothing to change.

2

Zip and snap

Pull the zip up behind its storm flap and snap the collar shut over your trouser leg. Sealed top to bottom.

3

Walk into it

Mud, puddles, wet grass, a hose. Take them off at the door and your shoes come out dry.

Wet rock, deep mud, same dry feet

Zip shut behind a bonded storm flap, snapped tight over your trouser leg, on a
moulded rubber sole that grips wet rock. Creek crossings, mud season, chores in
the rain: the water stays outside and your own shoes stay dry inside.
